Privacy and confidentiality

UniMoney undertakes to apply the utmost discretion towards its clients. Besides handling personal data according to the principles indicated by law - as established by Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Protection of Persons and Other Subjects Regarding Treatment of Personal Data) - UniMoney also undertakes to treat information contained in documents to be translated as strictly confidential. The company is also willing tosign Confidentiality Agreements prepared by customers for individual translations or for continuous translation works.

If so requested, the original documents you send us will be destroyed upon completion of the translation assignment. Unless there is any explicit instruction to the contrary, an electronic copy of the translation - protected by a password communicated only to our staff - will be kept in our files. This is because it might be necessary to use it for subsequent similar translations or for additions to the original translation.
